Falkins Insurance Group Tamarack location has a career opportunity available for a front end ICBC customer Service Representative.

This is a permanent full time position with the opportunity to further develop skills and knowledge around auto insurance as well as the potential to accept future Personal Lines responsibilities.
This position would be focused on providing outstanding customer service.

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Providing excellent solution oriented customer service.
Handling all types of ICBC transactions.
Answering and directing incoming calls accordingly.
All applicants should be familiar with computers and have excellent typing skills.

Preference will be given to those candidates with previous insurance experience.
